UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and versatile UI/UX Designer to join our team at LN Webworks. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between user-centered design and engaging visual storytelling. You will be responsible for crafting seamless digital experiences for web and mobile platforms, as well as creating dynamic video content. If you are passionate about intuitive design and digital media, we want you on board.

Key Responsibilities

• UX/UI Design: Conceptualize and execute end-to-end design strategies, including wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity user interfaces.
• User-Centered Design: Apply strong UCD principles to ensure all digital products are intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly.
• Video Creation: Edit and produce high-quality visual content and videos using professional editing suites to support brand and product initiatives.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, developers, and project stakeholders to bring design concepts to life accurately.
• Asset Management: Maintain and expand design systems, UI components, and multimedia assets for consistent brand presentation.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience operating as a UI/UX Designer.
• Design Toolkit: Exceptional, hands-on proficiency with Figma and standard prototyping tools.
• Video Editing Skills: Demonstrated experience in video editing using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Core Competencies: Solid understanding of information architecture, responsive layouts, and user psychology.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, a strong eye for aesthetic detail, and the ability to manage multiple creative tasks simultaneously.
