Job Description & Responsibilities
In this role, you will bridge the gap between digital marketing graphics and user interface design. You will be responsible for crafting both marketing assets and functional website user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Design: Conceptualize and design responsive, visually stunning website layouts from scratch.
- Brand & Marketing Graphics: Create highly engaging graphics for social media platforms, digital ads, banners, presentations, and print collateral.
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our marketing and content production teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve visual guidelines to ensure cohesive design aesthetics across all digital touchpoints.
- Candidate Requirements
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: 3 to 5 years of professional graphic and website design experience.
- Design Tools: High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Prior Portfolio: A comprehensive design portfolio demonstrating previous website designs and marketing creatives is mandatory.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of user experience layout, typography, branding principles, and color theory.
- Execution: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, iterate based on feedback, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Good to Have (Bonus Skills):
- Foundational skills in motion graphics or short-form video editing.
- Deep experience running high-converting social media creative campaigns.
