Key Responsibilities

• Script high-retention short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) designed to maximize conversion and user acquisition.
• Identify trending hooks, cultural angles, and visual storytelling formats across global markets.
• Collaborate with and manage external creators and influencers to ensure seamless creative execution.
• Partner directly with growth leads to iterate on creative concepts based on audience analytics and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Native understanding of short-form video culture and algorithm dynamics.
• Deep grasp of consumer psychology and what drives users to share and engage.
• Strong communication, project management, and creator coordination skills.
• Portfolio or links demonstrating high-performing content you have scripted, created, or managed.
