UI/UX Designer

Techversant is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to design engaging web and mobile applications that solve real user problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and create user journey maps.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Create modern web and mobile interfaces aligned with product goals.
• Design interactive prototypes, micro-interactions, and engaging user experiences.
• Perform usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital products.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and visual design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with iOS, Android, and responsive design principles.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for developer collaboration.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and developer handoff best practices.
